Authorized Agent

• You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We require:
  • Written permission from you authorizing the agent to act on your behalf; and
  • Verification of the authorized agent’s identity.

4. What we need to verify your request

To protect your privacy and security, we will verify your identity before fulfilling an opt-out request. Verification steps may include:

• Confirming the email address associated with your request; or
• Requesting two or more data points (e.g., name + email + recent interaction date) that match our records; or
• Asking you to click a verification link sent to the email address you provide.

We will not require you to provide additional sensitive information to verify your identity. We will only use the information provided to verify the request and will process the opt-out within the legally mandated timeframe.

5. Response time

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and will respond to your verified request within 45 calendar days. If we need more time, we will inform you and may extend the response period by an additional 45 days where permitted by law.

6. What happens after you opt out

• Once your opt-out request is verified, we will record your preference and take steps to cease any future sale or sharing of your personal information as required by applicable law.
• We will honor the opt-out in a reasonable timeframe, and you will not be charged a different price, service level, or quality for exercising this right.

7. Categories of personal information (example disclosure)

Although we do not sell or share personal information, CCPA/CPRA requires transparency about categories of personal data we may collect or disclose. Examples may include:

• Identifiers (name, email, phone number, company)
• Internet or network activity (IP address, pages visited, browsing behavior)

8. Authorized agent submissions

If you are an authorized agent submitting an opt-out or other privacy request on behalf of a consumer, please include:

• A signed permission from the consumer authorizing you to act on their behalf; and
• A copy of a government-issued ID for the consumer, or a declaration signed by the consumer; and
• Your contact information.

We may contact the consumer directly to verify authorization and to confirm the request.

9. Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. You will not receive reduced service, a different price (unless permitted by law), or other penalties for exercising your rights.

10. Minors

If you are under 16, we will not sell or share your personal information without affirmative authorization, and some services may require parental consent.
